As Head of Sales for our Colombia sales affiliate with offices in Bogotá, you will report directly to the General Manager.
Within the Colombia business strategy framework, you will direct the execution of sales and marketing strategies for the product portfolio in the country.
You will achieve revenue and profit targets along with market penetration goals and aligns with compliance.
You will lead a sales team by providing guidance, training, setting sales quotas and goals, creating a sales plan, analyzing data, assigning sales territories, evaluating, and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
You will contribute proactively to the success of the Colombia team by sharing best practices, knowledge, and talent.
