CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Content Development Producer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that enhances Masterminds client journey and engagement across the Mastermind platform. Reporting to the Director of Client Success and working closely with the Content Director, this position requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple facets of content creation and distribution, ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment with our company's goals.

What you will do:

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Content Creation:
  Oversee the creation of diverse content formats such as Mastermind Original courses, short videos, PDFs, and more. Collaborate with various teams to ensure content is engaging and meets the needs of our audience.
• Content Research and Development:
  Research and develop content topics that complement our existing content library and add value to our students. Find and collaborate with content creators in the personal development space.
• Content Strategy Development:
  Develop and execute a strategic content plan for Mastermind.com, including collaborations with external experts. Secure approvals for content ideas through product and content leads.
• Client Journey Integration:
  Create content that lives inside the Mastermind ecosystem from top to bottom, enhancing the client journey, adoption, and retention cycles.
• Studio Presence:
  Be actively involved in the studio during filming, identifying opportunities to enhance and liven up content, brainstorming, and testing ideas on the fly.
• Speaker Collaboration:
  Work with speakers, writing content, and aligning with the big picture vision to create engaging, educational, and entertaining content that teaches and inspires.
• Content Promotion:
  Manage the monthly production of the Mastermind.com magazine and work with cross-departmental teams to promote content effectively across the platform.
• Content Calendar Management:
  Coordinate with the Project Manager to maintain a robust content production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of content as per the editorial calendar.
• Brand Consistency:
  Ensure all content reflects Masterminds brand voice, style, and guidelines across all media.

• Proven Experience in Content Development and Content Strategy:
  Demonstrated ability to craft and implement effective content strategies within a similar industry.
• Strong Research Skills:
  Ability to identify market trends and potential content collaborators to enhance our offerings.
• Cross-Collaborative Communication:
  Skilled at working across departments to integrate content strategies with broader business objectives.
• Client Feedback Integration:
  Keen ability to incorporate client feedback into content improvements and innovations.
• Analytical Proficiency:
  Capable of analyzing content performance metrics to drive strategic content decisions.
• Adaptability:
  Flexible in adapting content strategies to align with changing market trends and organizational goals.
• Behavioral and Emotional Understanding:
  Deep understanding of how content impacts people behaviorally and emotionally; learns new information with ease and is excellent at research and content synthesis.
• Storytelling Obsession:
  Passionate about the power of storytelling, with experience working within or developing content for big brands, and/or studio & motion picture experience.
• Holistic Content Vision:
  Experience in creating content that integrates with a brands overall client journey, from top to bottom, ensuring a cohesive and impactful client experience.
• Hands-On Studio Experience:
  Comfortable being in the studio, enhancing live content, and brainstorming ideas in real-time.
