One Source Freight Solutions is one of the countries fast growing non-asset-based carriers in the US.
As our business continues to grow, our opportunities for transportation leadership grows as well.
We are currently in search of a Senior Logistic Manager to manage our day-to-day activities in the ITAD industry.
This position involves managing multiple customer-focused teams of operational logistics professionals.
In addition, this position requires daily interactions with customers, quoting new business, and improving processes and procedures as needs arise to meet business demands.
The best candidate will have strong experience in both operational and management problem resolution skills, motivated and personal customer service, and a team first focus in addition to the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experience in world-class logistics operations with emphasis on vendor, white glove, reverse logistics, 3PL, and service provider management.
Understands the operational and financial goals of the department to achieve key metrics.
Manage the day-to-day activities of subordinates in the department to ensure the customers needs are being met.
Ability to resolve conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.
Prior experience with white glove customer service which is the process of surpassing clients' expectations by prioritizing their needs, genuinely caring about their success, personalizing their experiences and solve issues before they arise.
Business relationship management building a positive relationship with team members, carriers, and customers to create a mutually beneficial outcome.
Collaborate with operational and senior management, and lead contract negotiations with freight and logistics service providers to secure favorable terms and improve supplier performance.
Drives continuous improvement through ongoing process review and works to develop best practices.
Flexibility to adapt to and improve various situations that are presented.
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, supply chain, logistics or related field.
Five (5) plus years of experience in a leadership role directly managing the department in a transportation environment.
Experience in white glove service, reverse logistics and pickup and delivery services.
Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
Strong financial acumen and operational costs to understand gross to net, costs, profit and loss statements, rate negotiations and building tariffs.
Ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in using transportation management systems (TMS), load boards, and all Microsoft Office products.
This position is a hybrid position however requires candidates to live in the greater Phoenix area.
