We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our newly established wellness clinic in Phoenix, AZ. As a Registered Nurse at our wellness clinic, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the efficient operation of the medical office.

At our clinic, we are committed to delivering family medicine, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), and comprehensive care to our patients. Our approach is outcomes-driven, with a strong emphasis on integrated patient care through strategic partnerships with counseling/behavioral health facilities. Witnessing the substance abuse epidemic, we are motivated to offer patient-centered services that make a meaningful impact.

How you will make an impact

Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver family medicine and Medication-Assisted Treatment.
Conducting patient assessments and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
Administering medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
Providing patient education and fostering a supportive environment for overall wellness.
Assisting in the coordination of integrated care through partnerships with counseling/behavioral health facilities.
Ensuring accurate documentation of patient information and maintaining confidentiality.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
Participating in ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.

What we are looking for

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
Experience in experience in psychiatric nursing, MAT, or related fields.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and positive health outcomes.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and innovative healthcare environment.
Enthusiasm, creativity, and flexibility to contribute to the redefinition of the industry.
This position requires availability to work Monday through Friday and occasional weekends, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. While actual working hours may vary within this timeframe, candidates should be prepared to be available during these hours.
