Resolute performance Iron is a specialty steel contractor seeking a passionate committed individual to serve as a Production Control Clerk. The majority of our work is in the steel construction industry and solar energy construction. We have an opening for a Production Control Clerk, and we are looking for a motivated person to assist with document management and administrative support.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist with data entry
* Manage and organize documents digitally and manually
* Create and enter purchase orders
* Scanning and filing documents as needed
* Participate in employee continuing education
* Learn and utilize Viewpoint, Tekla Power Fab and other relevant industry software.
* Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company.
* Support our goal of achieving zero accidents.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
* A basic understanding of structural steel fabrication would be helpful
* 3+ years of work in an administrative setting
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledgeable of the steel/concrete industry
* Computer and data entry experience is required
* Organized, attentive, and detail oriented
* Familiarity with software such as: Tekla Power Fab, Vista, and Bluebeam
