Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation and Electrical Technician to join our team.
As an Instrumentation and Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various instrumentation and electrical systems in our facility.
Your expertise in gas chromatograph and gas analytical equipment will be highly valuable in this role Primary Responsibilities:
Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation and electrical systems, such as gas chromatographs and other gas analytical equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on instrumentation and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instrumentation and electrical systems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Repair or replace faulty components or systems as needed.
Work with engineers and other team members to optimize system performance and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all aspects of work.
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, equipment inventory, and documentation of changes or modifications made.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical certification or associate degree in instrumentation, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as an Instrumentation and Electrical Technician or in a similar role.
Proficiency in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing instrumentation and electrical systems.
Strong knowledge of gas chromatographs and different gas analytical equipment.
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to instrumentation and electrical work.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Valid driver's license.
