• Job Summary:
•

Responsible for answering routine questions and issues about products or services from internal and external customers. Able to effectively resolve inquiries or escalate concerns in a timely fashion. Frequently escalates more complex custom complaints to more senior customer service representatives.

• Job Roles:
•

Responds to customer inquiries received by mail, telephone, and/or through personal contacts.

Operates computer terminal or personal computer to obtain information.

Provides information about services, policies, and pricing.

Handles almost any complaint or problem.

Serves as a contact for customers.

Records any issue that affects the customer and drives top quartile customer satisfaction performance.

Follow-ups on any delays in inquiry answers and keeps the status up to date in system applications.

Organizes paperwork from each inquiry/order and files following standard procedures.

May remains available 24 hours per day for customers in order to address any problems that may develop after work hours or during the weekend.

Serves as back-up for other Customer Service Representatives.

Other duties as assigned.

• The average driver in this position makes $85,000 and there is opportunity to earn more!!!

• 2700 average miles weekly
•

• Assigned Tractors all less than 5 years old and well maintained
•

• Benefits packages as low as $0 bi-weekly with options

• Hauling our freight

• HOME WEEKLY!
•

Dedicated weekly runs to the Western 11. All pick-ups and deliveries will be scheduled prior to departing from the divisional branch.

• Essential Duties:
•

• Transporting and delivering all food related products from company distribution centers to company distribution centers.

• Delivering product, obtaining signature of receipt, picking up returns and completing logs and other paperwork related to deliveries

• Must comply with company policies and D.O.T. regulations

• Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs

• Qualifications:
•

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Must have Commercial Driver's License (Class A) for tractor trailer operation

• Must have a good driving record for past 39 months

• Must be available to work with the demands of the department which are subject to overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to install chains on tires

• English required language

• Physical Demands:

• Regularly standing and walking

• Reaching with hands and arms to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls

• Sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling

• Visual Requirements:
•

• Close, distance, color and peripheral vision

• Depth perception

• The ability to adjust focus
