Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough clinical assessments, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop personalized treatment plans. Your expertise will guide clients on their journey towards improved mental health.

Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities. Through your empathetic approach, clients will find strength, resilience, and renewed hope.

Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Your attention to detail will uphold our commitment to professionalism and ethical practice.

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Together, you'll provide holistic and comprehensive care, leveraging each other's expertise for the benefit of our clients.

Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided. Your commitment to ongoing learning will ensure you stay at the forefront of industry best practices.

Educate and support patients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources. Your guidance will empower them to navigate their challenges and foster resilience.

Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in the mental health field. By integrating this knowledge into your practice, you'll provide the most effective and evidence-based care to your clients.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, reflecting your commitment to academic excellence.

Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state, demonstrating your professional competence and dedication.

Apply your expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques to tailor treatment plans to the unique needs of each individual, delivering personalized and effective care.

Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, enabling you to navigate complex situations and guide clients towards positive outcomes.

Benefits

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on caseload.
