We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Campaign Strategist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and can close campaigns and consults punctually. You should possess strong communication skills, demonstrating a successful history in sales with an extensive network of Campaign and Political contacts.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities:

Initiate and maintain contact with prospects through effective outreach via phone to introduce our product and generate sales and revenue
Prospecting potential clients and pursuing sales inquiries
Utilize various sales techniques, including consultative selling, relationship selling, and solution selling, to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to effectively position our solutions.
Develop, organize, and nurture a pipeline of leads from initial contact to qualified/closed status
Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of our services.
Close deals by obtaining client commitments and contracts
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Proficiency in calculating figures and amounts, including percentages, commissions, distances, volumes, and delivery timeframes.
Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing its values, mission, and offerings with integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales roles at a corporate institution
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on consultative selling and relationship building.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets
Skills in problem definition, attention to detail, data collection, fact establishment, and drawing valid conclusions and projections.
Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities are essential.
Willingness to adapt and be flexible in response to changing priorities.
Must possess strong technology skills and be willing to learn new programs

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
