Drivers earn $0.55 per mile, loaded and empty
Mileage bonus - paid on all miles that month
- $0.02 per mile on all miles over 10,000 in a month

Requirements:

21 years of age minimum
Valid CDL-A license
1 year of verifiable OTR experience in a sleeper cab
Snow experience
No speeding ticket for 19 or over the posted limit in the last 7 years
No reckless/careless driving convictions in the last 5 years in a personal vehicle (never in a CMVA)
No positive drug screens, refusals, or SAP in the last 3 years
