*Job Responsibilities:*
\- Assist the dentist during various treatment procedures with precision and care.
\- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment meticulously.
\- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays) with accuracy.
\- Ensure patients are comfortable before, during, and after dental treatments with empathy and kindness.
\- Provide clear instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.
\- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments efficiently.
\- Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment diligently.
\- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain optimal oral health.
\- Perform office management tasks that often require proficient use of a personal computer.
\- Communicate effectively with patients, maintaining a kind and empathetic demeanor.
*Qualifications:*
\- Dental Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program.
\- X-ray certification.
\- Strong communication skills with a kind and empathetic approach to patient care.
\- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
\- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
