Would you like to take part in Danske Banks new customer-oriented Forward '28 strategy for Business Customers Nordic? To drive proactivity towards our customers, working with data is a key component and that's where you will play an important role!
We are in progress of building a new Nordic unit called Commercial Excellence Business Customer (ComEx BC) within Digital Banking BC Nordic.
The ComEx BC SE -team will be part om Implementation BC SE and include a Commercial planner, a CRM-analyst and a Digital Sales specialist and you will all together be a part of the Swedish BC-Commercial community.
In the Commercial Community you will work together with participants from Marketing, Communications, Implementation, Digital sales and in collaboration with representatives from the business side you will create a plan and execute on our commercial priorities.
Playing an important role to drive and optimize proactive activities
Focus will be on strategic areas such as digital banking, sustainability, and internationalization and you will have an important role in creation of leads, data development and commercial campaigns to drive and optimize our proactive activities towards our customers across physical and digital channels.
You will be part of local, as well as Nordic, commercial projects in line with our Forward 28' strategy and work close together with CRM-analysts from ComEx BC in other Nordic markets.
In your daily work you will plan, build, execute, manage, and evaluate the results of ad-hoc and event-driven automated communications across all channels.
Proactively you will identify new business opportunities both for our customers and for Danske Bank through target group segmentation, data analysis and modelling.

Your professional background:


A degree in relevant field
A few years of relevant experience, preferably as a CRM analyst
Experience of working with SAS and SQL and very good knowledge of Excel
A good knowledge of the Swedish market for corporate customers
Fluent Swedish and English, both in speech and in writing is a requirement.
Knowledge within SAS CE/SAS360 and SAS Marketing Optimization is a merit, but not a requirement
