We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Accounts Receivable & Banking to join our dynamic team.
This role is pivotal in standardizing and optimizing our financial processes and work procedures, ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulations, and managing the execution of AR&B processes efficiently and accurately.

People Manager Responsibilities Serve as the starting point for all AR&B processes.
Drive standardization and optimization of work procedures.
Ensure strict compliance with regulations and maintain segregation of duties.
Understand and address stakeholder needs effectively.
Manage AR&B processes to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate execution.
Participate actively in global projects.
Our requirements Qualifications:
Financial and accounting education.
Over 5 years of professional experience in accounting with profound process knowledge.
At least 2 years in a similar leadership role.
Strong cultural understanding and experience in a global collaborative environment.
Proficiency in various operating systems and processes.
Ability to communicate priorities and solutions effectively to the team.
Skills:
