What is this job all about?
In the R&D team, our Data Analysts help improve the gaming experience for our players.
You'll use numbers, insights, and strategy to work closely with different teams.
As a data enthusiast, you'll turn data into recommendations for our Product Management colleagues.
Whether you're analyzing data or sharing your findings with team leaders, you'll be a key player in enhancing the gaming world!
What will be your responsibilities?Collaborate with development and production teams, analyzing game aspects like performance, retention, churn rate and more;Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards and support others in using them effectively;Working closely with our data engineers to design, build, and maintain the game data pipelines, aligning them with specific reporting and analytics requirements;Playing an active role in planning features and shaping the future of the game title in collaboration with the game team;Proactively share insights with the game team, suggest process improvements, and shape analytics practices;Set KPIs and implement A/B tests to optimize player income throughout the game lifecycle.What are we looking for?
Advanced knowledge of SQL;Data-driven critical thinker with analytical experience;Background in scientific studies (computer science, mathematics, physics);Proactive, independent, and results-driven;Strong problem-solving skills, adept at analyzing large datasets;Organized and passionate about the mobile gaming industry;Fluent English and Polish;Nice to have:
prior experience using Tableau.
