We are your career advocates - offering extraordinary opportunities to grow with us, by supporting top global brands in their development of business and technology services internationally.YOU WILLLead operational work including planning, organizing, and reporting within the technical team.Provide architectural leadership and subject matter expertise.Manage the full lifecycle of technical design, development, testing, and delivery of solutions.Select appropriate IT solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals.Serve as a subject matter expert in facilitating and managing design activities.Evaluate project constraints to identify alternatives, alleviate risks, and propose viable solutions.Address and resolve gaps in solutions, ensuring consistent components within the solution architecture.Analyze the technology environment, identify inconsistencies, and recommend proactive adjustments.Provide capacity recommendations for proposed solutions to ensure they meet business responsiveness needs.Lead, supervise, and guide both in-house consultants and external technical resources.Mentor team members on design, configuration, development, and testing to ensure successful project implementation.Regularly report on project progress and manage scope adjustments as needed.YOU NEEDProven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role within IT or related fields.Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex technical and business environments.Experience with Comarch ERP XL is highly desirable.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Flexible Work Arrangements:
