What you'll be doing:
Collecting, investigating and analysing customer data/activities Handling routine tasks at the required level of quality and within timeframe by following guidelines Delivering professional business specific services and meeting assigned KPIs Contributing to improvements of quality and efficiency of our processes This a full time position, based in Łódź.
At Nordea we work in a hybrid model, combining remote and office days.

You have graduated from secondary school and/ or university Fluency in written and spoken English (min.
