Apt Resources, a reputable recruitment company, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Dredging - Operations Manager to work for a prominent Royal Family in Abu Dhabi.
This includes overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of all dredging operations in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
and Duties • Develop and implement operational strategies and plans for the dredging projects.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage and supervise all aspects of dredging operations, including equipment, personnel, and resources.
• Monitor progress of dredging projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments and contractors to optimize project performance.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on project status and performance.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the dredging team.
Must have prior experience in dredging operations management Strong knowledge of dredging techniques, equipment, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience managing excavation carried out underwater The Salary is AED 25K-35K All-in (Negotiable for suitable candidates).
