They spend their day on the road visiting farmers, building relationships and recommending best solutions for our shareholders.
Our team of Technical Field Officers are a vital service to our shareholders and are the face of Farmlands to many shareholders that spend their time on the farm - so we need people who believe in what we do and the service we have been providing for more than 60 years.
Mohou ake | About you We're looking for future Technical Field Officers who are rural all-rounders.
You'll be able to connect with our shareholders, be confident giving technical advice, and be focussed on solution-selling.
Key to success is:
A strong sales track record or a sales-focussed mindset Account management skills and the ability to build long lasting relationships Technical knowledge including agronomy or nutrition We're open to those already in the industry, those with a strong sales and business development background, and Agri graduates.
