Store Manager

We are looking for a full-time permanent (working at least 30 hours per week, Monday to Sunday) Store Manager to grow with our team.
The location of work is in Omarama, Canterbury Region.
Our pay :
$29.66-$30.00 per hour depending on skills and experience The duties include:

• Provide overall direction and management of the business
• Oversee the services provided in store and introduce automotive services to ensure the business remains highly competitive if necessary
• Maintain excellent quality of service by ensuring the maintenance of customer service, store presentation and service quality
• Ensure appropriate staff trainings are up to date
• Control the business running cost and avoid going over budget
• Recruit, select, hire and train the staff you want to work with and motivate them
• Actively promoting the store
• Maintain positive staff morale
• Manage staff roster, control wage costs and review staff performance
• Organize the supply and maintenance of the product stock
• Develop and review policies and practice procedures for the business
• Promote and market services to potential customers;
• Assist with GST, PAYE related paperwork for accounting purpose and managing other daily business concerned financial transactions;
• Be responsible for the financial performance of the store.
To be successful you will need:
Have at least 3 years of relevant experience, or Have a diploma or above qualification Excellent communication skills Be willingness to work hard Good eye for details and an ability to solve problems practically and effectively A "can-do" attitude If you are a proactive person, and a great team player, please upload your CV .
