Candidates will be eligible for a $150 weekly bonus upon generating 15 leads per week.Our client, a trailblazer in the commercial cleaning services industry, is gearing up for expansion, and Frog Recruitment is excited to be their recruitment partner for this journey.
This newly formed telemarketing role is crucial to their growth strategy, focusing on lead generation to support the internal sales and operations teams.
As a Telemarketer, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our client's business by generating sales appointments for the dedicated sales team.
This dynamic position involves a hard-sell approach, targeting various commercial sectors, including law offices, accounting firms, manufacturers, warehouses, quarries, schools, childcare facilities, and healthcare institutions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to commercial businesses.Generate sales appointments for the sales team.Maintain a high volume of calls to achieve lead generation targets.Understand the needs of potential clients and their timelines for callbacks.Record information accurately in the CRM system.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals.Utilize email communication to support telemarketing efforts.Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.RequirementsConfident phone manner with excellent English communication skills.Proven sales ability and resilience in a challenging environment.Polite and professional with good manners.Ability to work part-time (8:
30 pm) or full-time (8:
30 am - 4:
