An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and driven Senior Service Advisor to join our Service team located at Takanini.
The role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department, providing essential guidance and support to our valued customers. Your role will involve:
Greeting and assisting customers promptly and professionally.
Conducting vehicle assessments and diagnosing issues.
Recommending necessary repairs and maintenance.
Explaining service recommendations in a clear and understandable manner.
Coordinating service appointments and managing work orders.
Ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
To excel in this role, you will show:
Automotive knowledge, Aftersales and a passion for cars.
Demonstrated experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional customer service abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Computer proficiency for record-keeping and invoicing.
