We are seeking an experienced paediatric Occupational Therapist for a clinical mentor role within a dynamic private practice in the Northern Beaches.

Our Client is a privately owned and run paediatric clinic who has been servicing Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches for over 15 years. Their highly experience team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Special Educators embrace each child's unique strengths and perspectives to achieve their individual goals. Their mission is to equip children and their support networks with the skills and tools to thrive within their environments.
About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career, and provide supervision and mentorship to junior therapists, as well as playing an active role in ongoing development of the service. You will be supported by a highly experienced leadership team.
This role offers a varied paediatric caseload, servicing children aged 2-18 years with autism, behavioural difficulties, developmental delay, anxiety/depression and sensory processing difficulties. In this role you will assess and implement strengths-based therapy plans to support children and families to achieve their goals. Treatment will be in individual or group settings in the clinic, or at the local schools and childcare centres.
Open to full time or part time applicants.

About You
Tertiary Degree in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
4+ years paediatric experience
Passionate about the development of junior therapists
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with children
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrates a good work ethic and takes pride in work
Drive to learn and develop as a leader
Ability to support clients outside of school hours
Medicare number or willingness to obtain
Hold Professional Liability Insurance
Current drivers licence and access to a vehicle
Working with Children Check and National Police Check
Rights to work permanently in Australia
