The Candidate Manager/Recruitment Support role is available due to our treasured incumbent celebrating the pending arrival of her newborn.
The incumbent has been undergoing supported training as a Licensed Immigration Adviser (LIA) and will soon be qualified.
It is planned that on her return she will move from her existing role to a role of Licensed Immigration Adviser for Jobcorp.
In the last 8 years we have promoted every single person who has held this role which has accumulated to 5 promotions during this time as we grow.
The role is advertised as a maternity leave contract from mid-July 2024 to mid-March 2025.
Despite the fact it is planned for the incumbent to receive the promotion on her return, the role is a maternity leave contract in the event a slow down would occur in the immigration division i.e.
as a safeguard for the incumbent.
There is strong potential for this role to become permanent, all the more so given Jobcorp's planned expansion into a temp/flexible division which may result in further new opportunities.
The role
The focus of the role will be to provide administrative support and sourcing of skills across both Automotive Employment NZ and Jobcorp.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Managing social media and interactions and SEO
Design and placement of social media ads and campaigns
Candidate sourcing across our ATS platform, SEEK, LinkedIn and social media networks
Increasing efficiencies
Structured assignment documentation
Project related work
Placement and writing of job ads when required
Updating information in the applicant tracking system
Preparation of resumes
Involvement in sales meetings
Support of artificial intelligence systems (training provided)
Answering phones when needed alongside other staff
Regretting unsuccessful applicants
Verbal reference checks (mostly automated)
Project managing candidate, migrant, and client engagement systems
Working alongside others on complex implementations
There is also a content of strategic work
Proof reading documents

A graduate diploma or level 7 degree is desired for this role although we may consider applicants with a qualification of NCEA level 3.
An NCEA 3 is a minimum requirement
Ideally, although not necessary, previous candidate management or administration experience is desired.
This said, we recognise many of the skills sought could have been developed in other environments

This is a remote working environment although it would be preferable for you to be located in Auckland due to regular team events.
