Berlin, Hamburg or Düsseldorf.
Tasks That's what you're passionate about:
As an IT manager, you take responsibility for all internal IT topics.
You develop innovative ideas and continuously revise and review the IT strategy.
In your position, you will be responsible for the selection, implementation, maintenance and documentation of hardware and software applications that are needed to ensure our services are provided by a reliable IT infrastructure in the future.
Diversity:
In addition to the management of hardware, software and data systems, you will also be responsible for IT compliance, IT security and user training/consulting.
Together with your colleague, you will also be responsible for the technical inventory and the organization of first and second level support.
Creative freedom:
We need your expertise for the strategic development, co-design and maintenance of the documentation of our IT system landscapes as well as the professionalization of the Corporate IT department at HIRSCHTEC.
You have a close relationship with our CFO and can therefore get new changes rolling quickly.
Focus on the future:
You will actively contribute to the strategic development and growth of HIRSCHTEC and offer employees at our 5 locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland added value through your IT know-how and solution-oriented work.
Qualification A solid foundation:
You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or a comparable IT education with several years of professional experience as a system administrator or IT support at senior level.
Your repertoire includes many years of in-depth experience in dealing with IT systems and applications in a hybrid environment.
You are also familiar with legal IT basics, Apple and Microsoft hardware and their provisioning.
You as a type:
You can score points with your motivated, independent and solution-oriented way of working.
You have a strong service mindset, good analytical skills, an understanding of processes and strong communication skills.
You find it easy to deal with external service providers and their contracts.
Professional skills:
You have experience in the strategic and operational development and expansion of IT infrastructures (hardware and software), the administration of Windows & Apple devices and their management.
You have a broad knowledge of M365 products, macOS and Windows as well as desirable inTune and Kandji.
You are also familiar with corporate telecommunications and its procurement as well as the orchestration of services.
Creating monthly forecasts for the budgets incurred is part of your everyday life in order to keep an eye on the finances.
Last but not least:
You bring the appropriate willingness to be mobile to be regularly at our various locations as well as language skills (fluent in German and English) for the different needs of HIRSCHTEC.
