The opportunity

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to play a critical role in driving software product innovation and a development roadmap, with a focus on providing AI-enabled insights in the life-sciences space. As our Product Manager, you will play a key role in keeping a strong collective knowledge on how to continuously improve our products and reinforce our position as market leaders in delivering faster and smarter AI-enabled insights life sciences. Reporting directly to our Head of AI Products, you will have a key role in collaborating with our Data Science and DevOps teams to deliver impactful solutions to clients.

This is a hybrid working opportunity and you will be required to work 3 days a week from our Leiden office.

Role responsibilities

How will you make an impact?

Lead a collaborative team process to translate user and business needs into development requirements that drive impact.

Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.

Translate high-level business needs to detailed product requirements and constraints, capture product competitive landscape and our key differentiators, and provide a view on potential addressable market.

Communicate strategy, ideas, and concepts clearly, aimed at the right audience, with the help of insight and data.

Own the product backlog and maintain the feature catalogue and roadmap on Jira.

Own the end-to-end product management process.

Gather customer requirements, design features, and collaborate with data science and engineering teams to deliver a polished market-ready product.

Define and measure OKRs for our AI solutions.

Work closely with the customer success and design teams to monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback.

Drive the prioritization and development of features through market research and understanding of customer needs.

Work closely with the engineering and data science teams to drive product release.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager working with engineers in an agile environment.

Previous experience and familiarity with SaaS solutions and building SaaS products.

Experience in healthcare or life sciences industry.

Demonstrated ability to translate business needs to a compelling and cross-functional product vision and roadmap.

Proven track record in delivering products with high user adoption.

Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.

Strong analytical and operational skills to drive the product roadmap.

Familiarity with solving problems using Artificial Intelligence.

Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools like Jira.
