Jouw nieuwe functie Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten ondersteun je hen bij de optimale inrichting van hun auto advertenties
Je controleert de gegevens van onze klanten met aandacht voor de kleinste details
Je zorgt voor een onvergetelijke klantervaring:
Jij begeleid onze klanten door het verkoopproces en laat je geen vraag onbeantwoord
Onderhandelen en bespreken van de verkoopprijs van het voertuig
Een afgeronde opleiding en eerste werkervaring in een backoffice rol, klantenservice, verkoop of een vergelijkbare omgeving zijn een pré
Je houdt van klantcontact en hebt een gestructureerde, betrouwbare en oplossingsgerichte manier van werken
Je beschikt al over (basis) autokennis en hebt de juiste motivatieom hier meer over te leren
Je staat bekend als teamplayer en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit
Jij hebt een talent voor communicatie - vloeiend, welbespraakt en commercieel ingesteld
Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands op moedertaalniveau (Vereist!)
Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend en gemakkelijk Engels (Vereist!)
