This role is based out of our Dublin Office.

As our new Head of portfolio for White Claw as part of our Global Brand Team, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Brand Director in developing and executing global brand strategies that drive brand awareness, enhance brand equity, and support the overall growth planning objectives of the company, across the entire White Claw Portfolio.

• Strategic Driver, defining the annual brand plan, jobs to be done, opportunity spaces and sources of incremental volume for White Claw globally
• Manage integrated planning, ensuring a synchronized system with communications, social, experiential all the way to Shopper are joined up and coordinated for maximum impact.
• Portfolio Management, management of all the SKU's in the portfolio -ensuring a robust portfolio strategy meeting different needs and occasions.
• Design, coordination and delivery of Brand Plan and Roll Out to Markets.
• Optimization of Brand Strategy for existing and new markets.
• Collaborate with leaders from various teams, including local Marketing, Cultural Marketing, Insights, Digital Center of Excellence, and Innovation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
• 12+ years' experience driving large-scale global marketing programs for world-class and well-loved consumer brands within the FMCG, CPG, or alcohol beverage industry.
• Direct experience of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Significant experience running and planning brand portfolios globally.

• A deep understanding of the business landscape combined with an ability to adapt rapidly to new sectors and evolving company demands.
• Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in on organization.
• Sophisticated organization skills including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Have a positive, proactive 'can do' attitude and a ambitiously curious mindset to be best in your craft.
• Self-motivated with a sound sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Result driven and can handle ambiguity .
