Propose and build systems that help stakeholders move towards these goals.
Understand our growth targets and fix bottlenecks in our systems that would prevent us from reaching them.
Increase the quality of the quantity of commits pushed to production.
Help your manager grow a mature team of engineers.
Define KPIs for performance.
Be the voice of Engineering in quarterly/annual planning The ideal candidate will have the following Professional experience (5 years plus) as a back end developer scaling applications within fast paced environment.
