All overtime 1.5x

Pension & Life Insurance Multi-Skilled Engineer - Requirements
HNC/ONC/Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical and be at minimum 17th Edition certified
Engineering experience within FMCG preferred
Have extensive experience within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Be competent in both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, being a 60:40 split in either discipline
Excellent understanding of working with strict safety and quality control procedures and KPI's.
Strong attention to detail whilst working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment whilst having a heightened awareness of personal safety and a good understanding of safe working practices within an engineering role.
Demonstrate good experience of implementing both short term and long term solutions and projects in an engineering function covering both electrical and mechanical equipment. Multi-Skilled Engineer - Responsibilities
Carry out all aspects of plant maintenance to a planned schedule, seeking solutions where abnormalities occur.
Liaising with the team addressing breakdowns or interruptions to production and dealing promptly with any issues, escalating where necessary.
Drive continuous improvement, reviewing current methodology and opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, quality and performance. About Us
