Our client a multi million pound contractor are currently looking for a Senior Estimator.
The role will be reporting to the Estimating Manager and be part of the Estimating team involved in the preparation of tenders for new build social housing, schools and other public sector projects with values between £3 to £20 million.
Key accountable areas include:
• Implement action plans on target tenders.
• Produce commercially priced Bill of Quantities.
• Submission of tender and priced documents.
• Process tender and analysis.
• Build relationships with external sources.This exciting position requires a person who has:
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• A high degree of computer literacy is essential.
• Adaptable and flexible approach.
• Experience in Design & Build and Partnering Schemes would be an advantage.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable roofing company and contribute to a wide range of exciting projects with values of between £600k to £1.
This main contractor is a respected construction firm specializing in delivering construction projects across the northern home counties.They are a long established company and due to continued success they require an Estimator to assist their tendering activity.
