What will you do? Reporting directly to the Global Director, HR, your role as HR Integration Specialist will be to take responsibility for coordinating all resources and documentation to fulfil the HR Integration plan for acquired companies.
Partnering and collaborating with the HR team and integration workstream contacts both internally and externally is also key to this role.
Specific Responsibilities:
Coordination of initial post-acquisition tasks and documentation Support and champion the HR onboarding process for newly acquired employees.
Request data for initial set-up into HR and D&D systems Bulk system uploads of data and system configuration in the HR portal Auditing data and performing basic security and RTW checks for acquired employees Responsibility for maintaining HR, Payroll and Talent discovery documentation Obtaining specific data for the HR team to support discovery and integration tasks, such as payroll data, process information and policies.
Providing initial gap analysis of policies and processes to inform the integration plan and changes for newly acquired employees.
Coordinating the transfer of employee files and records to D&D systems in conjunction with the IT integration workstream.
Setting up discovery sessions or employee meetings and informative sessions Updating/maintaining the HR integration plan and update meetings with appropriate stakeholders.
Creating information documents for employees such as FAQ's and letters Drafting contracts using D&D's template documents.
What do we need from you? Experience of working within a HR position, Coordinator level or above.
Experience of managing projects Ability to multi-task, demonstrate diplomatic skills and drive timely results Expert investigation, problem solving and decision-making skills Proven ability to make balanced judgments using imperfect information Strong inter-personal skills to connect with and influence all levels of management Why work for us?At Dye & Durham we strive to be visionaries!
