Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for Payroll Administration? Our client, a well-established FMCG company based in Ashford, Kent, is seeking a talented Payroll Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis (3-4 days/week).
As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring timely salary payments in compliance with employee contracts and local regulations.

- Record Keeping:
You will enter payroll information into information systems and assist in preparing payroll checks.
• Reporting:
With guidance, you will gather payroll data for inclusion in financial statements and prepare reports for management.
• HR Management:
As a Payroll Administrator, you will support the HR team in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, employee contracts, and government legislation.
Your understanding of relevant laws and regulations will be vital in maintaining a compliant and employee-friendly work environment.
To thrive in this role, our client is looking for candidates with the following professional profile:
Experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills will assist you in handling large amounts of data effectively.
