CMA is partnering with a fast-paced, growing business based in Portsmouth, Hampshire to recruit a Purchase Ledger to join the team for a 12 month maternity contract.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team where you can progress and expand your skillset.
The successful candidate will report into the Team Leader; the team is always growing so there could be a possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate.
What will the Purchase Ledger role involve? Process high volume invoices; Reconcile statements and assist with month end ledger close down; Create new suppliers and reconcile accounts; Raise POs and allocate correctly; Produce BACS payments; Other ad hoc finance duties; Other ad-hoc duties as required by the team.
Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger:
Experience in a finance team; Strong IT skills; Use of SAP is essential to this role; Excellent interpersonal skills including strong communication skills.
