As a Recruitment Sales Lead for Manpower Convenience, you'll:

Help place people in rewarding jobs:
You'll play a key role in our mission of empowering candidates and offering clients faster access to top talent. It's a role where you can see the tangible impact of your work every day.
Support and mentor the team:
Help the team smash their goals, whether they come from a recruitment background or are eager to transition from sales. You'll be a coach, cheerleader, and strategic advisor.
Secure new business:
Leverage your sales expertise to identify and win over new clients in driving, logistics, and manufacturing. We offer comprehensive sales training and ongoing support.

Who You Are:

A proven closer with at least 2 years' experience in sales and recruitment (ideally within manufacturing & logistics).
A natural leader with a passion for coaching and development.
A strategic thinker with top-notch communication and presentation skills.
A self-motivated go-getter with a strong work ethic.
