Your Role:
As our Customer Experience Manager, you will:
Define Strategy: Create and implement a seamless customer journey across all platforms and touchpoints.
Drive Innovation: Analyze customer feedback, conduct market research, and identify emerging trends to inform strategic decisions.
Set Benchmarks: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience.
Lead & Develop: Oversee the training and development of our customer service team to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
What You Will Do:
Customer-Centric Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement strategies tailored to customer needs.
Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience through process improvements and innovative solutions.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular insights on customer service performance, highlighting strategic opportunities for growth.
Critical Care: Offer focused support to key customers, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Experience: Proven track record in a CX Manager role with a focus on customer experience initiatives.
Skills: Strong analytical abilities to translate data into actionable strategies. Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of contact center operations, customer journey touchpoints, and process improvements.
