EY Consulting nos dividimos en dos grandes áreas:
Business Consultingy Technology Consulting. Desde Business Consulting realizamos proyectos de estrategia de negocio, optimización de procesos y gestión del cambio. En Technology Consulting desarrollamos soluciones vinculadas a las áreas de Big Data & Analytics, Cyberseguridad, SAP, Automatización de procesos de negocio (RPA, NLP…), entorno Cloud, etc.
En la actualidad necesitamos integrar un Chatbot/Voicebot Senior Software Developer para participar en proyectos de alta complejidad tecnológica y en un entorno internacional.
Funciones:
Asistencia a reuniones con clientes para toma de requisitos funcionales y técnicos
Participación muy activa en definición y diseño de arquitectura de soluciones basadas en tecnologías Cognitive (diseño de agentes virtuales)
Integración con soluciones de automatización de procesos de negocio (RPA), BPM, NLP, IA, Deep Learning
Seguimiento en fases de testing e implantación
Soporte en todo el Desarrollo de la solución:
desde la toma de requisitos hasta la implantación de la solución en cliente
Gestión documental asociada
Soporte durante la operación o ejecución de las nuevas funciones y soluciones implementadas
Apoyo en la identificación y planificación de iniciativas de mejora continua
Definición y validación de KPIs, métricas y reportes asociados al desempeño
Pruebas de concepto y demos de soluciones
Buscamos Ingenieros informáticos, industriales, Telecomunicaciones, Software/Sistemas o ramas afines con, al menos, 3 años de experiencia desarrollando las funciones descritas e interés por el ámbito del diseño/programación de Chatbots / Voicebots, automatización de procesos de negocio, inteligencia artificial y NLP.
Conocimientos de programación preferiblemente en herramientas como Luis, Dialogflow o IBM Watson
Experiencia en el desarrollo de Chatbots / Voicebots
Proactivo
Dispuesto o habituado al trabajo en equipo de alto desempeño
Ganas de aprender y capacidad para responsabilizarse por su formación continua
Lenguajes de programación:
NodeJS, .netCore, C#, Python o Java
Conocimientos y experiencia en proyectos de entorno on-premise y Cloud (Azure, GoogleCloud)
Habituado a trabajar bajo Agile
