Técnico/a de Fidelización Clientes
Nuestra División de seguridad electrónica lleva más de un siglo protegiendo hogares, activos, empresas y clientes de todo el mundo ofreciendo soluciones de integración y servicios avanzados de seguridad.
Con nuestros sistemas de Alarmas un hogar o negocio se convierte en un entorno tranquilo y seguro.
¿Cuál será tu Rol?
Nuestro equipo de Atención al Cliente y Fidelización está formado por agentes expertos en contacto directo con nuestros clientes a través del canal telefónico, cuya misión es conseguir la satisfacción de la experiencia del cliente con soluciones rápidas y efectivas que aporten valor.
Cualidades como la cercanía, la profesionalidad, la implicación y la excelencia en la gestión son claves si quieres formar parte de nuestro equipo.
Tú voz será la imagen de Johnson Controls ante nuestros clientes.
¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
¿Qué perfil necesitamos?
• Formación académica relacionada con áreas de Administración, Marketing, Comercio, Ventas o similares.
• Experiencia previa en áreas de atención al cliente, contact center, fidelización, servicio al cliente en general.
• Conocimientos a nivel de usuario en materia de Internet, Word, hojas de cálculo y correo electrónico.
• Valorable aportar nivel alto de inglés.
