In this role, you will lead a team of process experts to improve processes within Manufacturing.
This is pivotal role which will play a critical part in advancing manufacturing processes, quality management, and overall operational performance.
You will be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, manufacturing, and IT and ensure the seamless execution of various projects.
You will thrive in this position if you possess deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality methodologies, data analysis, and project management and possess the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
You enjoy open communication and collaboration and effectively manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global processes aimed at performance evaluations and improvement initiatives, driving impactful changes across the organization.
  
• Lead the adoption of industry best practices in design, manufacturing optimization, and quality management, bringing innovation and efficiency to our processes.
  
• Employ Design for Excellence (DFx) principles to optimize project timelines and costs, ensuring efficient design practices.
  
• Enhance risk management and product quality assurance by continuously developing Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
  
• Utilize data analysis to identify process inefficiencies, pinpoint areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
  
• Craft comprehensive proposals and cost-benefit analyses for management review, influencing decisions with informed insights.
  
• Implement governance and compliance mechanisms to uphold adherence to established guidelines and standards.
  
• (Define and oversee change management efforts for the smooth integration of new processes, technologies, and designs.)
• Facilitate seamless transitions from R&D to manufacturing through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D.
  
• Drive exploration and adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies and automation, positioning our organization at the forefront of innovation.
  
• Leverage data analytics for strategic decision-making, maximizing the impact of informed choices.
  

Our requirements

• Proven experience in process optimization, quality management, and project management.
  
• Proven experience in leading a team of Process Experts from developing competencies to improving manufacturing processes.
  
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, design principles, and quality methodologies.
  
• Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of Business Intelligence (BI) tools for insightful decision-making.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at working seamlessly across diverse cross-functional teams.
  
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to initiate change, lead improvement initiatives, and steer multidisciplinary projects.
  
• Experience with evaluating and implementing software systems such as PLM and MES will be advantageous.
  
• Knowledge of PFMEA is a plus.
  
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable, showcasing a commitment to excellence.
  
• Critical thinking, adept at solving complex problems and deriving data-driven recommendations.
  
• Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
