Strategy Manager / Senior Strategy Manager
The Corporate Strategy team is run out of our office in Brøndby and supports our executive leadership in developing and implementing our corporate strategy as well as executing on strategic initiatives.

You will join a team of energetic and ambitious people, who takes pride in making people thrive and develop.

Your main responsibility is to drive strategic projects and engage with a wide range of stakeholders in Milestone Systems across functions and markets.
Key responsibility areas are:

• Driving strategic projects
• Supporting implementation and follow-up on key projects incl.
  defining best practices
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses and extracting insights from these
• Communicating findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Facilitating workshops and other key meetings
• Creating presentation material to key stakeholders in Milestone Systems incl.
  Board of Directors

Who you are:

We are looking for a strong candidate with a background from management consulting and/or an in-house strategy or business development team to support us in driving key strategic projects across Milestone Systems.

The right candidate is a passionate and ambitious team player with a strong toolbox in problem solving and analysis as well as experience with project management.
We are looking for the following qualifications and experience:

• Relevant master's degree in business, finance or other relevant fields
• 2-5 years of experience from Management Consulting or from an in-house strategy team in a larger company
• Strong analytical skills and a well-developed toolbox, including structuring and developing data and presentations
• Experience working with strategic transformation and implementation
• Ability to structure large and complex projects
• Structured and well organized with an eye for quality and details
• Good verbal and written communication and fluency in English
• Humble and ambitious attitude with a strong drive
• Preferably experience working with agile methodology (for example design thinking)
