As just some examples, you and your team will have a central role every time Vestas set up a new factory or starts to produce for new markets in our existing factories.

Digital Business Transformation Finance is a department under Digital Solutions.
The team are highly qualified specialist working to maintain and develop the SAP transactional and reporting landscape.
In our Finance setup we are SAP software centric supported by other finance solutions.
We have an ambitious multiyear roadmap shaping the future of finance including new technologies such as SAP S/4HANA.
Solutions and processes are important parts of building the "fit-for-the-future"and fit-for-purpose" capabilities to achieve our goals and ambitions in the Finance vision.

The position is anchored within the Digital Business Transformation (DBT) team of the Digital Solutions business unit, reporting into the Business Area Lead for Finance.
The role and responsibilities itself though will span the entire Vestas value chain end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Team leadership and development - Managing a highly specialized team across several locations and develop the skills of the team to meet the changing requirements
• Process conceptualization - Ensuring that the right processes are in place and that the supply chain is structured in the most efficient and financially responsible way.
  You and your team will play a major role in developing, defining and implementing solutions for the entire value chain in Vestas when new trade flows are required in business
• Solution conceptualization - Translating business needs and requirements based on structured and systematic analysis into solid business solutions, for cross-functional global projects, as well as for day-to-day solutions that help support and optimize daily operations
• Continuous improvement - Improving already implemented trade flow solutions based on your and your team's own initiative and based on feedback from expert across the business
• Stakeholder engagement - You will be engaged with stakeholders from all areas of the value chain, either as a subject matter expert, a project lead or as driver.
  You will have a very broad interface in the organization where you will interact with colleagues from various parts of the business
• Roadmap shaping - Develop, update and maintain the portfolio overview of the large amount of ongoing activities related to the Supply Chain
• Delivery coordination and follow-through - Ensure that the needed deliveries are communicated to the right teams who ought to action on the needed process and system changes to other areas are planned and coordinated

Qualifications

• A Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance or Supply Chain Management, Business Development or similar - alternatively you have a solid relevant experience
• Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g.
  SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA)
• Proven experience working in a global environment (preferably with companies from the Logistics or Maritime sector)
• Project management experience with experience in the manufacturing industry
• Experience with and understanding of global trade concepts, processes & solution design
