Ihr Stellenprofil:
Sie leiten und koordinieren Projekte zur Definition, Optimierung und Implementierung von globalen Prozessen im Zentralbereich Production Engineering. Sie sind für die Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Stammdatenstruktur und -qualität im Bereich Production Engineering und Arbeitsvorbereitung zuständig. Die Unterstützung bei der Einführung von Systemen wie bspw. SAP S/4HANA und SAP DM im Rahmen der Digitalisierungsstrategie, innerhalb des Bereichs, fallen in Ihren Aufgabenbereich. Sie sind für die Erstellung und Durchführung von fachspezifischen und projektbezogenen Schulungen (z.B. Prozess Rollout) verantwortlich. Durch KPI Reporting und operative SAP Reports überprüfen Sie Prozessoptimierungen und eingeführte Standards.
Das zeichnet Sie aus:
Ihr Studium mit der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar haben Sie erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem produktionsnahen Bereich.
Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse werden idealerweise durch erste Erfahrungen mit SAP S/4HANA und MES-Systemen ergänzt.
Sie verfügen über gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie die Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen (10-15%) runden Ihr Profil ab.
