What you will do You ensure the safety of the business by leading the execution of audit engagements within the Zurich Operations and Information Technology space in Switzerland You develop and apply professional judgment in planning and risk assessment activities, determining the appropriate audit scope, identifying key risks to be addressed, and selecting the most suitable audit techniques and approaches.
This is done in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Regional Audit Leads, Data Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts You foster a collaborative and supportive team environment while overseeing the quality of outcomes You provide guidance, coaching, and review the work of the team throughout the audit engagement You have an impact on the business by agreeing on actions and delivering the final audit report, with support from the Senior Manager as needed What you bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field, preferably with a Certified Internal System Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification Minimum of 6 years of experience in audit, risk management, or compliance in the area of Information Technology with a solid understanding of IT risks and controls, commonly used internal control frameworks, and awareness of applicable regulatory requirements Excellent project management skills, including the ability to organize teams, prioritize tasks, provide guidance and coaching to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
Excellent relationship management skills with a proven ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and build strong business relationships Fluent in written and spoken English, and good proficiency in German Your contact We look forward to receiving your online application - even without a cover letter.
