Myticas Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Program Director for our GTA client, to oversee a critical project within the financial services sector.The successful candidate will lead and manage integrated programs focused on data transformation, data retention, and data destruction.Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership:
Oversee and direct multiple integrated projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.Data Transformation:
Lead initiatives focused on transforming data architectures, processes, and governance.Data Retention and Destruction:
Implement robust data retention and destruction strategies in compliance with industry standards and regulations.Financial Services Expertise:
Utilize deep understanding of financial services to guide project teams and stakeholders.Stakeholder Management:
Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks associated with data transformation and retention projects.Performance Tracking:
Monitor program progress, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in leading large-scale data transformation projects within the financial services industry.Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of data retention and destruction methodologies and regulations.Program Management:
Expertise in integrated program management with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.Leadership:
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
