Chief of Staff

AMZ Prep is a tech-enabled 3PL that offers simple, fast, and affordable fulfillment for thousands of brands with an international fulfillment network across the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
We are seeking a Chief of Staff to support our Founder/CEO in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Sales Management:
Take detailed notes during sales meetings and manage the deal pipeline.
Actively conduct outreach using the Founder's brand to attract new clients.
Coordinate sales strategies and initiatives with the sales team to drive growth.
Strategic Planning:
Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that align with company goals.
Ensure strategic initiatives are communicated and executed across departments.
Project Management:
Oversee major projects, ensuring they stay on track, within budget, and meet company objectives.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
Special Projects:
Coordinate meetups, marketing events, and special initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
Organize and manage logistics for company events, ensuring smooth execution.
Reporting and Coordination:
Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track progress on key initiatives and projects.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for the Founder/CEO
Qualifications Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
