TON QUOTIDIEN AU TRAVAIL
Faire de l'estimation de projets et compléter des soumissions, à l'aide d'une liste de prix et de logiciels informatiques.
Estimer le coût relié à la structure et/ou l'enveloppement du bâtiment pour divers projets.
Vérifier la faisabilité du projet.
Faire les modifications et les mises à jour des estimés déjà faits.
Effectuer ou demander des analyses lorsque les poutrelles ou fermes de toit ont des spécificités.
Effectuer des calculs de composantes structurales en bois telles que poutres, linteaux, colonnes, colombage, etc.
S'assurer que la soumission correspond aux demandes des clients et aux standards de Structures RBR.
Travailler en collaboration avec les chargés de projet si questions et/ou modifications.
Répondre aux différentes questions des techniciens sur les estimés, charges ou autres.
Transmettre les estimations par courriel.
Pour les soumissions majeures, en discuter avec son directeur et obtenir son approbation.
