ASSURER UN LEADERSHIP TECHNIQUE DANS LE CADRE DE LA PLANIFICATION ET DE LA MISE EN ŒUVRE DU DÉPLOIEMENT DE PROJETS ET DES SOLUTIONS TI, ET CE POUR L'ENSEMBLE DES SITES DU GROUPE EXPAN. CONTRIBUER À LA TRANSFORMATION ET À LA MODERNISATION DE L'ENVIRONNEMENT TECHNOLOGIQUE DE L'ENTREPRISE.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
Participer, en collaborations avec des partenaires externes, à l'élaboration du plan directeur ainsi qu'à son exécution.
Coordonner la gestion de projets TI et d'intégration de nouvelles technologies.
Développer des plans détaillés pour l'implémentation des nouvelles technologies ou la réalisation d'un projet TI.
Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les fournisseurs externes pour mettre en œuvre les nouvelles technologies de manière efficace et efficiente.
Effectuer la gestion des infrastructures et des ressources matérielles.
Assurer la sécurité des systèmes informatiques et des données de l'entreprise.
Bac. en informatique, ou l'équivalent;
Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un rôle avec des responsabilités similaires;
Bilingue (français et anglais, parlé et écrit);
Connaissances multidisciplinaires des T.I. (réseautique, sécurité, téléphonie, connectivités avec les automates, etc);
Maîtrise la suite Office 365 et Sharepoint;
Connaissance de la méthodologie Agile (un atout);
Familier avec les systèmes de gestion (ERP, CRM, etc);
Est reconnu pour son leadership et ses habiletés en planification, organisation et suivi;
Se démarque par sa proactivité, son autonomie, sa capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, ses habiletés en communication et en vulgarisation, ses aptitudes au travail d'équipe, son sens client et son sentiment d'urgence.
