C'est pourquoi nous sommes activement à la recherche d'un superviseur de la maintenance pour rejoindre notre équipe.
Basé à Montréal, le poste offre la possibilité de télétravail.
Responsabilités Ce poste consiste à gérer efficacement les équipements de manutention situés dans plusieurs installations ainsi que les employés et les sous-traitants par le biais de processus et de systèmes définis.
Les critères de réussite comprennent la performance des équipements, la santé et sécurité, les coûts et la mise en œuvre de projets d'amélioration continue.
Responsabilités additionnelles Expérience Bilinguisme en Français et en Anglais; Au moins trois (3) ans d'expérience dans la gestion et la maintenance d'actifs dans plusieurs installations; Expérience dans la gestion d'ouvriers qualifiés; Diplôme ou autre qualification en ingénierie ou dans un métier technique (mécanique, électrique, industrielle, fabrication, maintenance, gestion des opérations); Expérience pratique et compétences en matière de dépannage et de résolution de problèmes.
