Prendre connaissance de la planification des travaux à effectuer.
Démontage de cylindre
Montage et démontage de valve
Inspection des pièces
Évaluation du travail à faire avec le client-Soumission qui sera transmise au directeur général
Évaluation du travail à faire et transmettre les informations au contremaître
Nettoyer les pièces à réparer, pour assurer la qualité de la production.
Connaître les équipements qu'il utilise et suivre les spécifications d'utilisation pour assurer la santé et la sécurité ainsi que la bonne exécution de la production.
Maintenir son environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire. Ranger ses outils aux bons endroits.
Effectuer l'entretien des équipements dont il a la responsabilité, selon les consignes établies.
Effectuer son travail en respectant les normes et les règlements de sécurité.
Faire part à son supérieur immédiat de tout manque ou de toutes possibilités d'amélioration des méthodes de travail
Compléter ses feuilles de temps et saisir ses heures à l'aide du « punch » prévu à cet effet.
Manipuler, soulever et déplacer des charges de poids variables et, au besoin, demander de l'aide dans le cas de pièces jugées trop lourdes à manipuler.
Participer aux rencontres où sa présence est requise.
Collaborer à la formation des autres employés de l'entreprise en partageant ses connaissances.
Participer (collaborer) à la réception des marchandises tant au comptoir qu'à la porte arrière
Toutes autres tâches connexes déléguées par le Contremaître.
