Devenez peintre chez Valmetal et participez à la toute dernière étape de la fabrication d'équipements de ferme performants et innovants! Votre rôle sera de préparer les pièces à peinturer, d'appliquer l'apprêt et la peinture à l'aide d'un fusil conventionnel ainsi que d'effectuer tous les contrôles qualité nécessaires!
Tâches et responsabilités
Prendre connaissance du bon de production;
Assurer une préparation adéquate des pièces avant la peinture;
Effectuer la manutention des pièces;
Procéder au masquage;
Sélectionner l'apprêt et la peinture à appliquer;
Évaluer l'état de la pièce à peindre avant l'application de la peinture;
Évaluer la viscosité de la peinture;
Appliquer l'apprêt et la couleur à l'aide d'un pistolet à peinture ;
Inspecter visuellement la qualité des pièces peinturées;
Nettoyer et entretenir le matériel de peinturage et d'enduit, de ventilation, à air comprimé et de protection personnelle;
Contribuer au soutien des activités des autres départements ;
Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Votre profil
Détenir une bonne dextérité manuelle ;
Faire preuve d'autonomie ;
Être précis et minutieux;
Avoir le sens de l'observation;
Avoir une bonne coordination œil-main;
Aimer le travail d'équipe;
Formation
AEP Peinture industrielle ou DEP en carrosserie ou expérience équivalente
0-2 ans d'expérience dans un domaine similaire
Carte de cariste (un atout)
