Nous sommes une entreprise internationale de haute technologie à croissance rapide qui propose des solutions d'essais non destructifs hautes performances pour l'inspection de composants critiques. Au quotidien, nous développons, produisons et commercialisons des dispositifs de contrôle non destructif : capteurs, sondes, solutions robotiques, etc., ainsi que les logiciels d'exploitation nécessaires. Nos instruments ont des applications dans une variété d'industries, notamment les industries du pétrole et du gaz, de l'aérospatiale et du nucléaire.
Ton quotidien:
En temps que ressource importante pour l'équipe, ta principale fonction sera de faire du transfert de dossiers et de données. Tu t'occuperas de toute la documentation des employés de l'entreprise. Tu auras également à faire de la destruction d'informations. Dans ce rôle, tu auras à :
• Effectuer le transfert des documents employés du réseau vers le système SIRH Dayforce;
• Faire l'archivage informatique d'information et de documents;
• User de discernement afin de trier et placer les bonnes informations dans les bonnes catégories du système RH;
• Faire preuve d'une grande minutie et de discrétion lors de la manipulation d'informations confidentielles et personnelles.
Le profil recherché :
• Tu es étudiant en administration ou tout autre domaine connexe;
• Tu as une aisance avec les différents outils et applications informatiques de base (dossiers, différenciation des types documents, recherche, etc.);
• Tu as des connaissances des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office (un aout);
• Tu maîtrises la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
• Tu maitrise la langue anglaise (un atout);
• Tu es organisé et tu as le souci du détail;
• Tu es motivé, débrouillard et autonome.;
• Tu as un grand sens du professionnalisme;
